जलियावाला बाग हत्याकांड कब और कैसे हुआ
The Jallianwala Bagh massacre, also known as the Amritsar massacre, was a tragic incident that occurred on April 13, 1919, in Amritsar, Punjab, India. British troops, under the command of General Reginald Dyer, opened fire on a peaceful gathering of unarmed men, women, and children who had gathered in Jallianwala Bagh to protest against the arrest and deportation of two national leaders. The firing continued for about ten minutes, killing around 400 people and injuring over a thousand others. The incident sparked widespread outrage and became a turning point in India's struggle for independence from British colonial rule.
